For over 30 years The Ross Ragland Theater has been the cultural gem of the Basin.  Like all incredible institutions that feel the wear of time and THOUSANDS of events, the theater needs us to give her a little tender loving care.

Her curtain has been restored, but her carpet is a little shaggy, her seats are showing their age and it would be great to restore her insides to match her beaming light outside.

When the Esquire Theater closed its doors and was near demolition, a visionary group of civic minded folks had the foresight to imagine the possibility of transforming it into a performing arts center for the city of Klamath Falls…. And so the Ross Ragland Theater was conceived!

The theater is the cultural anchor of Klamath Falls and a central part of lives in our community. After 30 years of providing premier entertainment the theater is in need of facility upgrades to remain a state-of-the art performing arts center. Ticket sales only cover about a third of the cost to operate the theater. The balance of funds come from generous commitments from our community and corporations so we are able to fulfill our mission each season.
